A platform aimed at connecting vital social services with first responders, Get Help needed a team to help them get all the right pieces in their places. They had a great backstory, innovative solutions, and a dedicated team. Our job was to tell their story. This included all the elements involved in crafting their brand — positioning, strategy, and identity.
I worked with the branding team to create clear language that would allow the bifurcated audience to understand just how Get Help’s platform could expand access to critical health & social services and improve outcomes for those in need.
This included elements such as brand voice & tone, headlines, taglines, mission statement, as well as refining their product messaging. The brand had to radiate hope, leadership, unity, and dignity.
We developed all the elements necessary to educate and unite both internal and external teams working with the organization.
